2021 Adopted FTIP
The Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) is a listing of multi-modal transportation projects proposed over a six-year period for the SCAG region. The projects include highway improvements, transit, rail and bus facilities, high occupancy vehicle lanes, active transportation, signal synchronization, intersection improvements, freeway ramps, etc. SCAG produces a biennial FTIP update for the region on an even-year cycle.

2021 Proposed Amendments
This page contains comparison reports of all projects submitted in an amendment which require posting for a 10-day public review prior to the amendments being submitted to the approving agencies (Caltrans, FHWA and FTA). 2021 Grouped Projects Detailed Backup Listings (by County)
Grouped Projects are essentially fund reservations that include a list of projects that are grouped by function, work type, and/or geographic area (23 CFR Part 450.324(f)). Usually, grouped projects are for road rehabilitation, safety, or minor improvements that do not add capacity, require air quality conformity determination, or are deemed transportation control measures (TCMs).
